WOW, what a great job Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning did for my wife and I. They were professional, fast, and way less expensive than the others we looked into. I received a number of quotes to install a whole home humidifier. Gustafson was amazing from start to finish. I was able to handle everything over the phone without needing an additional in-person quote with a number of upcharges. I spoke to a gentleman who walked me through options by seeing pictures of my setup and was extremely knowledgable on what was necessary to ensure I was getting the correct humidifier for my home. The pricing was extremely competitive compared to the others and was not full of hidden charges. When I called, they were able to get an appointment set up within a week. The service tech was on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and walked me through the whole setup.

I got three quotes for a heat pump and gas furnace back-up. Gustafson’s was the most competitive. In addition, Mike McCarthy was, and is, a gem; very knowledgeable and responsive. The other Gustafson employees on the job were courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the equipment and the installation, which was a difficult one. I highly recommend Gustafson!

Purchased a mini-split (AC / Heat Pump) unsure if I’d be able to install it or not. I installed most of it myself but there were a few technical procedures I didn’t have the expertise or tools to undertake.
