Basic AC Plan
Spring visit, Cooling only plan.
- Clean with hose condenser coil***
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check and clean condensate drains
- Measure running Amp draw
- Measure temperature differences – supply and return
- Calibrate and level thermostat and check battery life (if Applicable)
- Check blower fan settings for proper air flow
- Clean existing filter or replace**
- Measure amperage and voltage of blower motor
- Tighten and inspect all electrical wiring
- Replace insulation outside refrigerant line if needed
- Inspect fuses
- Run and test system
- Inspect disconnect
- Clean furnace exterior

- Test airflow for deadly carbon monoxide
- Test ignition system for safe and proper operation
- Test safety and control circuits for proper operation
- Test exhaust system for proper venting
- Measure temperature differences – supply and return
- Calibrate and level thermostat and check battery life (if Applicable)
- Inspect for combustible materials around furnace
- Clean and vacuum heat exchanger
- Clean and check burner assembly
- Clean existing filter or replace**
- Measure and adjust gas pressure for peak efficiency
- Measure amperage and voltage of blower motor
- Tighten and inspect all electrical wiring
- Test for natural gas leaks*
- Clean furnace exterior

***Cleaning outdoor coil will be done with a hose and water. Additional charges would apply for removal of hail guard and chemical cleaning.
Other Info
Any defects and needed repairs will be reported at time of service. Agreement coverage does not include electrical service beyond connections at the equipment or control wiring, drains and refrigerant piping contained in walls, attic or crawl spaces. Gustafson Heating is not responsible for system capacity or maintaining design conditions under this agreement unless systems were originally specified and installed by Gustafson Heating. All maintenance tune-ups will be performed during normal weekday business hours.
