The other confusing part is don’t assume that you’re fine replacing your current furnace with one that’s the same size as you old one. We find most furnaces in the Metro Denver homes are sized incorrectly from the very beginning.
3. Comfort features have higher costs

Smart/programmable thermostats are a great option to upgrade when they replace your furnace. These thermostats allow you to set heating schedules to lower your monthly bills and can even allow you to adjust your home’s temperature remotely.
4. Difficulties in Installation can raise the price
